(Hall of Universal Brightness with statues of the 3 Buddhas)
Not sure why this is not in the official temple tour map, but this is my favourite shrine/hall. One will just feel peaceful entering the hall.
(The Hall of Great Compassion)
(The Hall of Amrta Vinaya (Precepts) fronted by Rocana Buddha)
I think it is not often that we can see the 2 halls lighted up at night except during special occasions (e.g. the New year eve) when the opening hours extend to the night. I am glad to be able to visit then & hope to share with more people through these photos. :-)

Wow! I didnt knew you took sooo many pictures of KMS! :) Nice nice!
Thanks, I find that it is a nice place and would like to share with more people of its existence locally & internationally. (Often you could find tourists visiting the temple too.) A place that I would always recommend friends to visit if they have not been to. :-)
Yea, I like visiting KMS too especially when there are not many people because of its serenity. I used to visit KMS very often when I was young. At the old kitchen they serve very very nice noodles also with the "KMS taste" but nowadays the public food barely have the KMS taste anymore...
Hi Dreamy, I used to visit it in the old days of old kitchen too. Only can vaguely remember that they served lunch with fried mee hoon & a few dishes when around 8-10 person fill up a table. In those days, always felt that it was crowded, can't really remember the noodles or "KMS" taste you mentioned but I feel the current meehoon/mee soup or porridge provided to public is simple & yet nice. The current canteen is much improved, spacious & clean too. Personally, I like the current concept better:-)
